0 ***** 4/14/2025 - mbrett 13 Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2024 in State college, PA. Debbie was amazingingly patient and kind but more importantly-knowledegable and skilled at helping us through both the buying and selling process. My husband and I worked closely with Deb over the last five years to find the perfect house for our retirement years. She never once pressured us but did guide us and support us as we considered many options from building our own home to living in a over 55 community to finding the perfect single residential home for aging in place. Deb knows her profession, executes her job with excellence, provides guidance. Her work consistently reflects high standards. I recommend her unequivocally!

"Debbie did an outstanding job assisting us with buying our first house. We initially met when we requested a showing of a house via Zillow and I'm so glad we did! "Debi was wonderful to work with on the sale of our home. She was very patient with us and had great suggestions about what we needed to do, or didn't have to do, to prepare for showings. "Debbie did an incredible job helping us! We are both young and had a lot to navigate and learn during the process, Debbie and her team did a FANTASTIC job at making sure we were well informed, taken care of and throughouly understood each step of the process. Debbie cares for each of her clients as if they were famliy and that was very much felt during our process, we did not ever feel rushed or like our needs were not being considered.
